Positive: We have stayed before and will use again. Friendly staff family oriented hotel. Good breakfast well laid out. Convenient off ring road for South Jakarta. Lots of food outlets & shops close and walkable. Caraf of drinking water is great.

Negative: Cannot remember any downside!!

Positive: The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The restaurant has different food everyday and the tasty are good.

Negative: We stayed on the second floor Junior Flat 2 Bedrooms, unfortunately it's quite noisy with the sound of cars, scooters and motorcycle from the street outside.

Positive: Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. The thought and gesture itself was so heart warming! Very friendly and attentive staff all throughout my stay - would definitely stay here every time I need to be in the area.

Negative: Honestly, very rare for me - but nothing :) everything was perfect alhamdulillah
